Meredith is currently in her junior year at George Mason University studying Sport Management. She has been involved in sports since a young age, and is currently a member of George Mason's Division I softball team. Meredith began training at Divergent Performance during her freshman year of high school and has also coached several classes at Divergent, in addition to giving sport-specific lessons. Her interest in mental health began when she was in high school becoming involved with Morgan's Message, an organization which she continues to do work for to this day. As someone who has balanced playing multiple sports and meeting academic expectations, gone through the college recruiting process, and been through the collegiate transfer portal, Meredith understands the challenges of student-athlete life and can provide valuable insight to a variety of athletes.
